Delivery Vehicle Acquired
May 9th, 2008
REDMOND, WA - Excitement was building as a donor lovingly gave the entire amount needed to acquire a delivery vehicle from the Wasington State Department of General Administration. A 1996 Ford Club Wagon Cargo Van was purchased.
Jeffrey Morgan, Blessings From Heaven Ministries' Executive Director noted, "We would like to personally thank our donor for the monies necessary to purchase this vehicle. I pray this cargo van will help us to deliver furniture to the next 100 families we help."
Blessings From Heaven Ministries will use the cargo van to pick up furniture items from donor's homes and transport them to our storage unit. It will also be used to deliver furniture items to our clients homes throughout the Greater Seattle Area.
This cargo van replaces the previous use of borrowed SUV's, vans, and trucks for pickups and deliveries
With the dedicated vehicle and additional space, Blessings From Heaven Ministries will be able to fit more donated furniture items during our pickups and biweekly deliveries.
